Our store is hosted on OVH. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
You have 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to justify your reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Literie de Paris will organize the collection of the goods upon receipt of the return fees.
To qualify for a 100% refund, the customer must carefully package the product. It must be returned intact and in its original condition. The bed base must be returned in its original packaging. Once the goods are received at our premises, the refund will be processed within two weeks to the bank account originally charged.
ARTICLE 18 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 128 Rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France.
